1 Delivery Commitment of a standard product is 45 day and delivery commitment of a customized product is 60 days;
2, Installation Period: Furniture: 2 days; Cabinets: 7 days; Wood products: 10 days.
Services availability: Cities covering by Yiyuan ¡®s sale network
Services:
1. Free delivery, installation within urban area; Free installation only in suburban area.
2. Yiyuan is responsible for free dissembling the furniture if customer is moving. However, packaging and re-delivery will be under customers charge;
Technology or quality issues:
¢Ù Free repair or free replacement of parts within one year, free replacement of new parts if problems cannot be solved by replacement of the corresponding parts; Replacement products¡¯ warranty starts from date of replacement.
¢Ú After one year warranty period, free life-time repair warranty, material cost will be charged to customers if corresponding parts replacement is applied. No products replacement allowed.
B. B. artificial damages by customers: free repair service will be provided; material cost will be charged to customers if corresponding parts replacement is applied.
C. Clearance items are out of any return, replacement or repair warranty liability.
D. D.If the reason of the product return is caused by customs, depreciation charges will be applied on the products using the rate of 5¡ë/per day (special customized products cannot be returned).
