Our pre-sale, sale and post-sale service rules offer our customers a complete service coverage which is targeted to provide the customers with the most complete and convenient shopping and service experience they even have. Our service rules include:

Pre-sale services

We will listen to your shopping preference and offer you the complete production information. We can also customize your order based on your actual needs and budget and then propose the professional advice to help you choose the right furniture. After the customization, we offer advanced computer-based furniture design for free (both in graphic and 3D interface) which would help you optimize your cost-effectiveness and your space-saving layout of the office. We will also set up a showroom particularly in your office or in any of our showroom to provide you the direct view of our products. With your demand, we can also set up a tour to our manufacturing facilities for you in order to let you fully acknowledge our technology and understand the product characteristics before you place the order, which guarantees you of choosing the most suitable furniture

Sale services

After we sign the contract, we will provide professional engineers and experienced technicians as a team for the service; they will be responsible of the on-site installation and inspection; following up the contacts and accomplishing the every requirements on the contacts; ensuring the installation and delivery commitment; managing on-site issues and coordinating the projects; explaining the functionality of the furniture and demonstrating the direction of use and maintenance instruction.

Post-sale services

Yiyuan offers 5 year product warranties on all products. Customer can get free repair service within warranty period.  Meanwhile, for the products out of warranty period, Yiyuan promises to offer free life-time repair service if the products have the quality issues. (Free service excludes labor fee and material cost.) We will not stop our commitment to you  after you become to be one of our customers. Instead, our customer center sets up the profile of every customer and we have specialties working on customer inquiries, complains, maintenance, emergence, product information and customer relationship. In order to fully take care all the needs from customers, within in the warranty period, if damage is not customer-caused, and the products all failed to work after repairing, you will replace the original products with our new products.
